Next Tourism Generation represented at EFFAT

As a result of the first phase of the second work package oftheNext Tourism Generation(NTG)– aims at creating an Industry Skills Needs Assessment Report representing a database of (future) skills criteria / industry needs – the desk research report has been completed. It was composed under supervision ofBreda University of Applied Sciences, and provides an overview of existing (European and global) studies, developments and reports related to skills gaps in digital, green and social skills.

On the 30th of November,key partner VIMOSZwill elaborate on the state of affairs of the Next Tourism Generation project at the EFFAT-HOTREC Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee in Brussels. The current efforts of the research mentioned above will be discussed, as well as the upcoming distribution of the survey.
